From February 4 through March 8, 2023, a selection of my recent work will be shown at Galleria Contrast in Barcelona.

The current body of work from Petra Benach was created to evoke a sense of imaginative Space, that transport the viewer to a different world. Whether it’s through the use of vivid color or the subtlest of textures, this collection represents work that is both beautiful, expressive and thought-provoking, yet leaves interpretation open to the viewer - there are no wrong impressions. Through the exploration of materials, Petra hopes to bring a new appreciation for the beauty of the colors around us, and to inspire others to look at the these painted environments with fresh eyes.
